About us and how we work
021 Infuzije is a team of nurses from Novi Sad with years of experience in nursing care and working with patients. The procedures you would otherwise go to a clinic for, we do in your home, 24/7.
Who comes to the visit
Every visit is made by a nurse from our team. Giving therapy, placing cannulas and catheters, dressing wounds and drawing blood are our everyday work. In Serbia the profession is called 'medicinski tehničar'.
We do not replace your doctor. Your doctor decides on the treatment and the procedure; we carry them out carefully, with sterile equipment, explaining every step.
How we work
The rules we follow on every visit, whatever the service.
Treatment on a doctor's order.
We never change prescribed treatment or give medication on our own. If something is unclear, we ask the doctor.
Sterile, single-use equipment.
Needles, cannulas and dressings are sterile and used only once, for one patient.
Before treatment.
Tell us about allergies, current medication and chronic conditions.
Discreet.
What happens in your home stays between us.
Every patient is different.
