General questions
Which services do you provide at home?
Drips (with medication, vitamins, glutathione or NAD+), injections into a muscle or a vein, placing and changing urinary catheters, placing feeding tubes, wound dressing and blood tests. All in your home, in Novi Sad and the surrounding area.
How quickly can you come?
We come as soon as we can. The exact time is agreed on the call, because it depends on where you are and the schedule that day. In a life-threatening situation, call an ambulance on 194.
Do you work at night and at weekends?
Yes. We are available 24/7, every day, including weekends and public holidays. We are not an emergency service: in a life-threatening situation, call an ambulance on 194.
Do I need a doctor's order?
For medication drips and injections, yes: a doctor prescribes the treatment and we administer it. Vitamin, glutathione and NAD+ infusions need no doctor's referral. For a blood draw, a referral or a list of tests is enough.
How do I book a home visit?
Call us or message us on Viber or WhatsApp. Tell us which service you need, the address and when suits you, and we agree on a time in the same conversation.
How much does a home visit cost?
The price depends on the service and the address. We tell you the exact price on the call, before we come, so there are no surprises.
Are you an emergency service?
No. We do not provide emergency care. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding or any other life-threatening condition, call an ambulance immediately on 194.
Who comes to the visit?
A nurse from our team. We have years of experience in nursing care and working with patients. In Serbia the profession is called 'medicinski tehničar'.
Do you come outside Novi Sad?
We regularly visit Novi Sad and the nearby towns. Belgrade is possible by arrangement.
IV drip
Can I receive an infusion at home?
Yes. A nurse comes to your address and gives the infusion your doctor prescribed. The therapy is the same as in a clinic; the patient simply does not have to go anywhere.
Do I need a doctor's order for an infusion?
Yes. A doctor prescribes the therapy and we administer it. If you do not have an order, contact your GP.
How long does an infusion take?
It depends on the volume and the rate your doctor set. We tell you the exact time once we see the prescription.

Injections into a muscle or vein
Do you come to my home to give an injection?
Yes. We cover Novi Sad and the surrounding area and give intramuscular and intravenous injections as prescribed by a doctor.
What do IM and IV mean on a prescription?
They describe how the medicine is given: IM means into a muscle, IV means into a vein. You do not need to know which is which; just read us the prescription or show us the box.
Who buys the medication?
You collect prescription medication from a pharmacy. Tell us which medication it is before the visit so we bring the right equipment.
Urinary catheter
Do you change urinary catheters at home?
Yes. We come to your address in Novi Sad or the surrounding area and change indwelling urinary catheters with sterile equipment.
How often is a urinary catheter changed?
It depends on the type of catheter and the doctor's recommendation. The interval is in the doctor's recommendation or the manufacturer's instructions, and we write down the date so you know when the next change is due.
Do you place catheters for both men and women?
Yes, for both men and women.
Who buys the catheter?
You can buy the catheter and the bag at a pharmacy or a medical supply shop. Tell us the size you use, and if you are not sure, we will sort it out on the call.
Feeding tube
Do you place nasogastric tubes at home?
Yes, when a doctor prescribes one. We come to your address in Novi Sad or the surrounding area.
Who needs a feeding tube?
Patients who cannot swallow safely or cannot take enough food by mouth, for example after a stroke. The decision is the doctor's.
Wound dressing
Do you dress wounds at home?
Yes. We come to your address in Novi Sad or the surrounding area and dress post-operative wounds, pressure sores and chronic wounds.
How often is a wound dressed?
It depends on the type of wound and the doctor's recommendation. Some wounds are dressed every day, some every few days. We agree on a plan after the first dressing.
Do you dress pressure sores?
Yes. Pressure sores need regular dressing and frequent repositioning of the patient.
Blood draw
Do you do blood tests at home?
Yes. We come to your address in Novi Sad or the surrounding area, usually in the morning, and take a blood sample for testing.
Do I need to be fasting?
For many tests, yes, for example blood sugar and lipids. Your doctor or the lab will tell you for how long. You can usually drink water.
Who takes the sample to the lab?
We do. We take the sample to the laboratory and agree on which one on the call. You do not have to go anywhere.
How do I get the results?
The laboratory issues the results. We agree on the call how you receive them.
Vitamin infusions
Do I need a doctor's recommendation for a vitamin infusion?
No, you do not need a doctor's recommendation. If you have a chronic condition, are pregnant or take regular medication, check with your doctor first.
How long does a vitamin infusion take?
It depends on the content and the volume. We tell you the exact time on the call.
Glutathione

Longer than a usual infusion, because it is given slowly. We tell you the exact time on the call.
