Messages via Viber and WhatsApp
When you message us on Viber or WhatsApp, the messages pass through those apps under their own rules. We use what you send us only to arrange and carry out the home visit.

Health information we learn during a visit is kept as a professional secret, in line with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and healthcare regulations. We do not pass it to third parties without your consent, unless the law requires it.
